Beginning during the Week with the 3rd Annual Christmas Tree Festival in City Hall

Friday Night December 5th :
5:00 to 7:00 pm First National Bank of Rochelle will offer Hot Chocolate
 
6:00 Christmas Parade Through Downtown  (sponsored by the Rochelle Chamber of Commerce)

The Community Tree Lighting will be at City Hall immediately following the Parade.  Santa will assist with the lighting of the tree and the Rochelle Middle School Chorus will sing some Christmas songs

6:15 - 8:15 The Flagg-Rochelle Public Library will have Christmas Stories, Celebrity Readers, Crafts & Cookies

The Flagg Township Historical Museum will have Santa visiting before and after the parade in the Toy Room,
feel free to bring your camera for pictures with our jolly guest

Moore's True Value Hardware will have an Ornament Making Workshop

The Masonic Temple will be hosting a Chili Dinner beginning at 5:00 pm

Rochelle Municipal Utilities will be providing refreshments inside City Hall from 5:00 to 8:00, and during that time,
the public is welcome to bid in a silent auction on the trees displayed there.  
The proceeds will benefit the Hope Crisis Center.

as well as many 'Sidewalk Sales'
   
    Downtown Rochelle Association Members will offer the 'punchcard'  at participating locations-
go to each merchant and have them punch your card and turn them in at the last merchant.
 A Drawing will be held at the end of the day to receive a Downtown Gift Basket.
